  • Operate and maintain our Intelligent Client Acquisition System (ICAS).

  • Provide consulting, support, and communications to Licensees and Clients.

  • Process payments and manage contracts.

  • Improve our platform performance and AI models.

  • Send administrative updates, invoices, and optional marketing communications.

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.

3. AI and Automation Data Use Disclosure

ScaleLogix A.I. uses AI-driven agents and automation frameworks to facilitate client outreach and operations.

These systems may temporarily store interaction data (such as lead messages or client responses) to train logic and enhance workflow accuracy.

All AI training data is:

  • Processed under confidentiality agreements.

  • Aggregated and de-identified where possible.

  • Restricted to authorized ScaleLogix staff and service providers.

Licensees must ensure their own use of AI and lead data complies with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar laws.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Access

We may share limited information with:

  • Technology partners (e.g., CRM, email, and ad platform providers).

  • Payment processors for billing transactions.

  • Contractors and service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not authorize third parties to use client data for independent marketing or analytics outside of ScaleLogix's operational scope.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website and funnels use cookies and pixels to:

  • Analyze traffic and user behavior.

  • Retarget ads and measure conversion performance.

  • Maintain session functionality and security.

6. Data Retention

8. Client and Licensee Data Ownership

Each Licensee retains ownership of its own:

  • Brand assets and domains,

  • CRM client and prospect data, and

  • AI workflows customized under its brand.

ScaleLogix retains ownership of its underlying infrastructure, automation frameworks, and intellectual property.

9. Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal data.

  • Opt out of marketing emails and cookies.

  • Withdraw consent for AI data processing.

  • File a complaint with your data protection authority.

Requests should be submitted to privacy@scalelogix.ai with "Data Rights Request" in the subject line.

We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not marketed to children.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. International Data Transfers
